Cleanhotels.com uses a 'smarter' search engine to help you shop for hotels. Cleanhotels.com has also created a robust hotel database containing extensive information about hotels so you can easily choose one that meets your needs and gives you the best value for your money.

Searching the Hotel Database: To search for a hotel, simply enter a destination. Next, enter the check-in/check-out dates and number of guests, then click the SEARCH button and hotels matching your date and locations needs will be listed for you.

When the Search Results page is returned, you will see a list of hotels that are accessible in our system. You can select a hotel for information. Then you can select rates to get rates for the specific hotel or you can select get rates at the top or the bottom of the page to get rates for all hotels . Once you have selected get rates you will also be able to get more detailed information on the hotels such as photos, amenities, and hotel details. To book the room, click on the BOOK IT button. If you are interested in viewing additional rates for the hotel, including special rates, click the more rates.

Make and Confirm a Hotel Reservation -back to top-

Once the available rates and room types appear, you may scroll through and review the rates and the descriptions of the rooms. To select the room rate and type you would like, simply click the BOOK IT button.

The Reservation Recap will display on the page once you have selected a room type/rate. Your arrival/departure dates and hotel information will be summarized on the screen. Review this information carefully to make sure this is the hotel and the dates for which you would like to book a reservation.

You will then need to fill out all fields to book the reservation.

When you purchase the reservation, a Hotel Reservation Confirmation page will appear with the booking confirmation number and other reservation information and a copy will be sent to your email address. We also recommend you print this page for your records.

To review your Reservation, click on the MY RESERVATIONS button. Once there you will be given the opportunity to Find a Reservation or Cancel a Reservation. Click the FIND A RESERVATION link and enter in your first name, last name, credit card number used for the booking. If you cannot access your reservation, please contact customer service.

Please keep in mind that pre-paid reservations are subject to cancellation penalties and are non-transferable/non-changeable. If you need to cancel a reservation, it must be done on this website. Any refund due from your cancellation will be credited to the credit card used for the purchase, less the appropriate cancellation fees. Hotels cannot make changes or cancellations to pre-paid reservations under any circumstances. Along with cancellation fees from Cleanhotels.com, hotels may assess fees.
